By the decision of the Sole Shareholder of the "National investment corporation of the National Bank of Kazakhstan" JSC No. 91 dated April 12, 2024, Serikzhan Rysbekov was elected as the Chairman of the Executive Board and Member of the Board of Directors of the National Investment Corporation of the National Bank of Kazakhstan JSC from April 15, 2024.
